Justin "Butch" Woelfel, Sr., is a second-generation tile craftsman with over fifty years of experience in the industry.  He has served as President and Chairman of the Board of the National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA) and served as a member of the NTCA Technical Committee for over twenty-five years. He was named “Tile Man of the Year” in 1993 and received the industry's prestigious lifetime achievement award, the "NTCA Ring of Honor," in October 2007.   

James Woelfel is the Chairman of the NTCA Technical Committee which helps establish industry standards for tile and stone installation in the United States. He is also a voting member of the ANSI ASC 108 Committee for Ceramic Tile Installation.  With more than 25 years of experience in the industry, he is also the only tile contractor in the United States to sit on the TCNA Handbook Committee for Tile Installation and the ANSI ASC 108 Committee.
