Justin "Butch" Woelfel, Sr., is a second-generation tile craftsman with over 65 years of experience in the industry.  He has served as President and Chairman of the Board of the National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA) and served as a member of the NTCA Technical Committee for twenty years. He was named “Tile Man of the Year” in 1993 and received the industry's prestigious lifetime achievement award, the "NTCA Ring of Honor," in October 2007.

James Woelfel is Chairman of the NTCA Technical Committee which writes and edits the NTCA Reference Manual. He is a voting member of both the Tile Council of North America (TCNA) Handbook Committee and the 

and the ANSI ASC 108 Committee for Ceramic Tile Installation.  With more than 35 years of experience in the industry, James is a tireless advocate for the proper installation of ceramic tile and is often called upon to speak at national and international ceramic tile industry events. ​James was named "NTCA Tile Person of the Year" for 2011.
